These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Election Tycoon mobile application ("App") developed and published by Big Cloud Games ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.
You may not: - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. - Modify, redistribute, or sublicense the App. - Use the App for commercial purposes (streaming for ad revenue is permitted). - Use the App to harass other players, distribute malware, or violate any law.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Some online features (cloud save, leaderboards, async tournaments) require an account, which is created automatically using anonymous Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for the activity that takes place under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in cheating, exploitation, or harassment.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (virtual currency, country packs, etc.). All purchases are: - Final — virtual goods are non-refundable except where required by law or by the platform store's refund policy. - Non-transferable — virtual goods cannot be transferred between accounts or platforms (iOS purchases stay on iOS; Android stays on Android). - Lost on uninstall — if you uninstall the App without using cloud save, virtual goods may be lost. We are not responsible for loss caused by uninstall.

We do not process refunds directly.
Election Tycoon is a fictional political simulation. All political parties, characters, regions, scandals, and events depicted are fictional or stylized for game purposes. Resemblance to real political figures or events is intentional satire and not an endorsement, attack, or factual representation.
The opinions or actions you take in-game do not represent our political views.
When using online features (display name, leaderboard appearance), you agree to: - Not use offensive, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit display names. - Not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players' experience. - Not impersonate others, including real political figures.
We reserve the right to remove offensive display names without notice.
The App and all its content (graphics, text, sounds, music, code) are owned by Big Cloud Games or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App incorporates third-party libraries: - Unity Engine (© Unity Technologies) - Firebase SDK (© Google LLC) - Google AdMob SDK (© Google LLC) - DOTween Pro, More Mountains Feel, World Political Map 2D — under their respective licenses.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG CLOUD GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these Terms. Sections 7 (IP), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.
We may update these Terms when our practices change. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
